You will be able to demonstrate how you have designed and delivered an outstanding programme that has successfully developed people at any level in the business. This could be a management development programme, an apprenticeship programme, an induction programme, technical skills development or any learning solution that has been particularly innovative or impactful within your sector.

What are the judges looking for?

  • A clear rationale for the programme based on business and learner needs
  • Demonstrate how you used business drivers to inform the design and development of the programme
  • Clear evidence of the impact and value at a people and business level

A submission can be made by an organisation or you may wish to make a joint submission to showcase a successful business partnership with a key supplier.
