- Rewards & benefits
You will be able to demonstrate how you have attracted, developed or retained a workforce with the skills and talents needed by your organisation. You will be able to provide tangible evidence showing how your approach has been effective and had a direct impact on business performance and/or engagement.
What are the judges looking for?
- A clear rationale for the approach
- Evidence of how new or existing employees have engaged with activity
- Clear evidence of the impact and value at a people and business level
A submission can be made by an organisation or you may wish to make a joint submission to showcase a successful business partnership with a key supplier.
What have previous winners done?
A new category title for 2017, however in our previous Rewards & Benefits Award (now part of this category), winners evidenced how Benefits were aligned to organisational culture to have perceived value to organisational critical talent, even during times of austerity.
