Excellence in SME HR&D
Recognising how HR&D practice has delivered business results in organisations with less than 250 employees.
You will be able to demonstrate how HR&D insight has been utilised to benefit your business or your employees. This can include how HR&D has contributed to organisation development, change or a one-off project. Your organisation does not have to have a full-time HR&D presence to enter, and it can include the use of consultancy HR&D services.
